Refund Policy

Overview

C Dance AI sells access to digital AI generation services, subscription memberships, and one-time credit packs. This policy explains when refunds or account credits may be issued and how subscription cancellation works.

Digital Products and Credits

Credits are digital goods used to submit AI image or video generation tasks. Purchases of credits or subscriptions may be eligible for a refund only if the request is sent within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of purchase and the order remains unused. An order is considered used once credits are consumed, a paid generation task is successfully submitted, or paid plan benefits are used. After the 3-day window or after use, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we approve a refund after review.

Failed or Interrupted Generations

If a paid generation fails, is interrupted by a service error, or returns no usable output because of a platform-side issue, contact support at support@cdance.ai with your account email, order number, task ID, and screenshots if available. Platform-side failures are reviewed separately from normal usage. After review, we may restore the affected credits, issue replacement credits, or provide a refund when appropriate.

Duplicate Charges and Unauthorized Payments

If you believe you were charged twice for the same purchase, charged the wrong amount, or did not authorize a payment, contact us as soon as possible. Verified duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, and unauthorized payments are not limited by the standard 3-day unused-order refund window. We will compare our order records with the payment processor records and work with Stripe, PayPal, or the relevant processor to resolve verified billing errors.

Subscriptions and Cancellation

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from account billing settings when available, or email support@cdance.ai for help. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. A subscription payment may be eligible for refund review only if requested within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of purchase or renewal and no credits, successful paid generation tasks, or paid plan benefits have been used.

Refund Requests

To request a refund review, email support@cdance.ai within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of the purchase. Include your account email, order number, payment processor if known, the reason for the request, and any related task IDs. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when technically possible.

Abuse, Policy Violations, and Chargebacks

Refunds may be denied for accounts that violate our Terms of Service, misuse the platform, attempt to generate prohibited content, abuse promotions, or repeatedly dispute valid charges. Opening a payment dispute or chargeback may pause account access while the transaction is reviewed.
